Welcome!

Hello, I am Rebecca VanDeVelde, but most people call me Becca or Becks. First, a little introduction. I am currently going into my second year at CSULB as a Biology Education major, to one day be a secondary science teacher. I am also involved in the sorority, ΣΚ (sigma kappa).Though I go to school in Long Beach, my family lives in Fresno where I am stationed for the summer.

When I am not busy with school, work, or work for my sorority I enjoy relaxing. For me relaxing can mean multiple things from going out with friends to staying in with Netflix. I have also found ways to express my creativity in various ways of art or painting. Painting things like a wooden letter to hang on my wall, a canvas to give to my freshman year roommate, and soon painting a cooler for my dad for Father’s Day. With this new found love of arts, I am excited to take on the class Art 110 which this blog is mainly for!
